My path into UX wasn’t straightforward, but one thing has always stayed the same: a passion for helping others and making life just a little bit easier wherever I can. After years in the customer experience space, both as a service professional and team manager, I became increasingly interested in digital products and the process of improving their usefulness through design. UX felt like the perfect way to blend my empathy for people with my love of visual craft.

After over a decade in SaaS start-ups, I took the plunge into product design with the goal of creating more human-friendly experiences grounded in thorough research and sensible design. I thrive when I can find creative solutions to new problems and welcome the ambiguity that comes with the UX discipline.

Outside of design, I love hiking and getting out into nature, digging into a new artistic hobby, or trying out a new recipe.
